There is a new alternative to traditional hormone therapy by using hormone pellets that contain both estradiol and testosterone. While it is new to our practice, this method has been available in Europe for many years.

How does it work?

The pellets are placed under the skin and absorbed slowly over months, therefore allowing a more steady level of hormones.
