Advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery

Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy (LSH) and Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy (LTH) are minimally invasive techniques to remove the uterus. The Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy is a hysterectomy performed through the laparoscope in which the cervix is left in place, and the Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy removes the cervix.

A Laparoscopic approach to hysterectomy allows the patient to return to normal activities very rapidly, and in some cases less than one week. This is an advanced procedure which our physicians have been performing since 2004. Relatively few surgeons are trained or experienced in these procedures.
